Oxford Aviation Academy and flybe are now accepting applications for an
assisted sponsorship training programme that includes a conditional job
offer from flybe as a First Officer on their advanced Bombardier Dash 8
Q400 turboprop fleet. This training partnership will be provided in
partnership with OAA delivering the first 200 flight hours and flybe
delivering the Q400 Type, Base and Line Training.
The online application form is now live and the application deadline is
23:59 hours on Sunday 17th May 2009. Read the FAQ first then look for the
application link at the bottom of the FAQ.
Go to the FAQ: http://www.oxfordaviation.net/GV/flybe/flybe_info.htm
There is also a flybe section on the @sk Oxford Forum with supplemental
information. Applicants are also advised to read about the standard OAA
Skills Assessment process, a slightly modified version of which will be
used to select the flybe Cadets.

Skills Assessment explained:
http://ask.oxfordaviation.net/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=4412
The primary differnces between Skills Assessment and Cadet Selection are:
a) Cadet Selection is a competition between a large number of applicants
for a limited number of seats, a maximum of 12 in this case.
b) The flybe Cadet Selection will not include a flight simulator
assessment, while the standard Skills Assessment does.
c) The Stage 2 interview will be flybe specific instead of generic.
d) flybe will conduct a Stage 3 interview with the top tier of applicants
and make the final selection of the Cadets.
Competition for places is expected to be high, so aspiring flybe pilots
should visit all of the above links and prepare well for the selection
process.

You must have both mathematics and science qualifications at a grade equivalent to C or better when compared to the UK GCSE grade system.
hmm.. obstakel nr. 1.
wacht..
A = 8.5 - 10
B = 7.0 - 8.4
C = 5.5 - 6.9
D = 4.0 - 5.4

Volgens Fly BE
Because the MPL is specifically tailored to a particular airline from the outset of your training, you will need to continue in employment with Flybe until you reach at least the 1500 hour point mentioned above. In practice, this restriction will apply only for approximately the first two years, and it is highly unlikely that any low-hours pilot would wish to seek alternative employment after such a short period.

MPL = Levensgevaarlijk.
Zo!

Sterk.

Enlighten me....
