Dit komt neem ik aan doordat je in het Nederlands altijd een u achter een q zet. Daarom als je een q neerzet komt er automatisch een u achter. Als je dan niet zovaak het woord Qantas ziet dan lijkt dat vrij onlogisch en word het quantas.

A330 has 5 Flight Control Computers

3 Primary (Prim 1/2/3)
2 Secondary (Sec 1/2)

In the event of a failure of one Computer the others will take over.

The aircraft is flyable with all 5 Computers inoperative.

Without more specifics I can't comment on what happened.
