Heb even navraag gedaan, heb een keurig pdf bestandje gekregne met de volgende info

The course is broken down into the following sections:
1. Introduction to PTC
2. Briefing by a Ground Instructor on PILAT Assessment.
3. Commencement of the PILAT Assessment.
4. Briefing on your flight assessment by a Senior Flight Instructor.
5. Flight Assessment
6. Training needs analysis and feedback.

1. Introduction to PTC.
An introduction to your assessment day which will be presented by Captain
Kyle Johnson (Centre Manager) and Siobhan Cowler (Admissions Manager)
You will be introduced to your Ground Instructor who will brief you on the
PILAPT Computer based skills test.
2. PILAPT Computer based skills test.
This is a 1½ hour computer based assessment which evaluates the following
basic pilot skills:
Co-ordination:
A series of compensatory tracking tests requiring fine hand/eye co-ordination
Verbal and Visual Decision Making:
An information processing test assessing how quickly someone can move
from verbal to visual information and make accurate decisions
Multi-tasking:
A test to measure your multi-task performance
Capacity:
A test of your performance when place under additional load of audio and
visual tasks.
Concentration:
A dynamic measurement of attention which combines speed and accuracy.

3. Flight Assessment.
You will have an introductory ground school and pre-flight briefing with a
senior flying instructor. Your flight assessment will take place in a single
engine aircraft. You will be given a description by the flying instructor on the
general handling of the plane that you will undertake the assessment in. You
will be briefed on the tasks that will be asked of you whilst undertaking the
flight assessment. After your pre-flight briefing, you will then take a flight with
a senior instructor for a Flight Skills Assessment.
4. Training Needs Analysis and Feedback.
Once your assessment has been scored you will have a review and debrief
with your instructor where you will discuss and analyze your results and agree
next steps.
We will then bring you through a presentation on the course which is best
suited to you and answer any questions which you may have with regards to
your training with the Pilot Training College
5. The Next Steps.
We encourage you throughout the day to talk to our students, Senior Flight
and ground instructors who are onsite during your day with us. The Pilot
Training College of Ireland has teamed up with one of Europe's leading
banks, AIB, to offer a finance facility designed specifically for student pilots.
Our innovative finance solution will allow those who qualify to complete their
training at PTC fully funded by AIB. We have a 98% placement record within
two months of graduation. Suitably qualified students of PTC are guaranteed
an interview with an airline following graduation. We currently have a priority
interview procedure in place with major European airlines. You will be
advised of the exciting career opportunities that are available to you within the
aviation industry.
De prijs van de opleiding is €85,000.
Total costs of the course is €85,000 which is payable in 5 installments. The first
installment of €5,000 is made in 8 weeks prior to starting the course. There are 4
other payments €20,000.
It is recommended that a personal finance plan is in place before training
commences. During the assessment day you can have a personalized financial
discussion with our Financial Controller who will direct you on payment plans for
the course.

• 2.5% surcharge on credit card payments
• Personal insurances e.g. Health, Travel Insurance
• Financing Fees that may apply for personal loans
• Any additional training hours outside of regulatory requirements or any costs
associated with repeat examinations.
• Cancellation fees or late payment fees
• IAA Licence issue fees
