Onze overheid eist van ons vliegers dat we bijblijven maar maakt er zelf een potje van.
Ik lees in de AIP paragraaf 1.14 dat
Every reported AIRPROX is investigated by the ATIC. The purpose of the investigation is to promote the safety of air traffic by recommending where necessary to the appropriate authorities or aircraft operators any action which needs to be taken to avoid similar occurrences. The ATIC does not take or recommend disciplinary action in the event of pilot or controller error because the fundamental objective of the investigation is prevention of an AIRPROX, not to apportion blame or liability.
The results and recommendations (if any) of the investigation are reported to the appropriate authorities and also to the pilot(s) and/or ATS unit(s) and operators concerned. An annual review of the aircraft proximities will be sent to the authorities concerned and is open to those interested and can be obtained from the Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management.
De ATIC als onderzoeksorgaan is al in 2008 of 2009 opgeheven. Ik was enigzins verbaasd dit te lezen. Onze ILT is blijkbaar niet in staat om documenten actueel te houden terwijl wij wel geacht worden om alle wijzigingen bij te houden.
Volgens mij was er tussen 2009 en nu ruim voldoende tijd om dit artikel eens up to date te maken, slordig !!!
