When the private plane passed the airport in Cologne, air traffic control tried to contact the pilot but received no response. Instead, German fighter aircraft were sent up and then also Danish ones.
None of the pilots could see someone in the cockpit, says the Swedish Maritime and Air Rescue Centre.
According to the Maritime and Air Rescue Centre, there are four passengers on board. The plane is a Cessna C551.
