Scenarios tijdens prof check
Here's a summary of the check I did a few days ago.
Routing Singapore-Colombo alternate Trivandrum
Pre-flight briefing
Discussion of wet runway influence on V1 and actions to be taken if V1 less than Vmcg.
Use of managed approaches
Limitations
Cockpit Preparation
Normal
Engine Start
Hot start Engine 2
Taxi and Take-off
Normal
Climb
TCAS T/A followed by TCAS RA
Loss of both cabin pressure controllers
Cruise
Decompression with structural damage (uncontrollable)
Emergency Descent to FL 90
Dual Hydraulic failure at FL 90
Gravity gear extension
Take-off 2
Engine failure after V1
Full stop landing
End of first session
Second session
Take-off
Normal
Climb
Flap locked during retraction (between 0 and 1)
TCAS T/A followed by TCAS R/A
Take off 2
Engine failure after V1
Go around
Full stop landing
Take-off 3
Engine fire prior V1
Rejected Take-off
End of session
There are specific procedures involved relating to all items in Bold text which would take up several pages so they are not included.
Also not included briefings to cabin crew and passengers, FMGEC programming, Approach briefings and normal checklists for simplicity.
It's a busy 3.5 hours.

737 profcheck
1 Volledige powerup checks.
3. Low-vis Taxi-out
4. Low-vis t/o met engine failure < V1
5. Low-vis T/O
6. Low-vis approaches met landing en go-around eventueel engine cut tijdens G/A
7. T/O engine fail >v1, gevolgd door n-1 landing
8. non precision app

eng failure (negative feather) after en before v1
unscheduled prop feather
eng fire
low vis t/o
hydraulic failures
press failures
